Job Description
ISI Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team in an entry-level position with a lot of opportunities for growth! The Account Coordinator will work alongside a team of Account Managers to onboard new clients to our services and assist with business reviews in a supporting role. This individual will report to the Client Experience Manager in a challenging, fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will take pride in their work and strive for excellence.


Job Responsibility:


  • Maintaining an accurate updated database of client information
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our PSA tool
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and addressing any questions or concerns that may be brought to your attention
  • Support Account Manager by taking detailed notes on client meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams within the organization to ensure timely and effective communication and delivery of services
  • Communicate between internal departments and Account Managers about current and prospective clients
  • Create internal and external client documentation
  • Assist Account Manager team with providing appropriate reporting for internal teams and clients business reviews
  • Support the efforts of the onboarding project
  • Create project plans and assigns appropriate resources
  • Assists Account Manager in the onboarding process for new clients, including scheduling initial meetings, and gathering necessary documentation
  • Import contact lists, company details into appropriate tools and databases


Qualifications:


  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience managing small projects
  • Experience in a team setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Facilitating handoffs from the Sales Team to the Account Management Team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • United States citizenship


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with MSP or MSSP
  • Experience in Account Management or customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work or military experience
  • Experience with ConnectWise products, Liongard, and Microsoft Office Suite
