ISI Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team in an entry-level position with a lot of opportunities for growth! The Account Coordinator will work alongside a team of Account Managers to onboard new clients to our services and assist with business reviews in a supporting role. This individual will report to the Client Experience Manager in a challenging, fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will take pride in their work and strive for excellence.
- Maintaining an accurate updated database of client information
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our PSA tool
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and addressing any questions or concerns that may be brought to your attention
- Support Account Manager by taking detailed notes on client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams within the organization to ensure timely and effective communication and delivery of services
- Communicate between internal departments and Account Managers about current and prospective clients
- Create internal and external client documentation
- Assist Account Manager team with providing appropriate reporting for internal teams and clients business reviews
- Support the efforts of the onboarding project
- Create project plans and assigns appropriate resources
- Assists Account Manager in the onboarding process for new clients, including scheduling initial meetings, and gathering necessary documentation
- Import contact lists, company details into appropriate tools and databases
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing small projects
- Experience in a team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Facilitating handoffs from the Sales Team to the Account Management Team
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- United States citizenship
- Experience with MSP or MSSP
- Experience in Account Management or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work or military experience
- Experience with ConnectWise products, Liongard, and Microsoft Office Suite
