groups' unique needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Care

Insurance Account Coordinator to join our team!


Position Summary: The Health Care Insurance Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing and

growing a portfolio of groups, providing exceptional customer service, and offering innovative insurance

solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the health care insurance industry, be

highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with enrollment such as print guidebooks, marketing materials.
  • Assist members with enrollment issues, billing issues, SOBs & retrieve id cards, answering basic phone questions, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Process and maintain benefits enrollment and changes, ensuring that all forms are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all group communication, documentation, and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in onsite and offsite team events, ongoing professional development and training to maintain industry knowledge and stay ahead of emerging trends.
  • Maintain accurate benefits records, including enrollment forms, plan documents, and employee communications.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to customer support, including online registration, member id cards, eligibility, coverage.
  • Assisting Account Manager with census, proposals, auditing invoices, benefits coverage
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customer support, to ensure a seamless group experience.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining member satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • In-depth knowledge of health care insurance products, carriers, and regulatory requirements.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in the health care insurance industry, with a focus on account management and group relations.
  • Insurance license (Life & Health) in the industry preferred. Be license within 6 months from date of hire.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify group needs and develop tailored insurance solutions.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • College diploma preferred in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Work well under pressure with short deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with insurance management software.
