Pay Tiers Based on Experience:

• $18-19/hr: Independent Senior Technicians
• $17-19/hr: General labor for mowing and/or skilled maintenance personnel
• $20-21/hr: Landscape Crew Leaders (Top crew leaders make over $1100 weekly)

Job Requirements:

• Reliable daily transportation to our shop
• Typical workday: 7 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday
• Pre-employment 10-panel drug test
• Previous experience is appreciated but not required
• Pre-employment criminal background check
• Occasional weekend work to make up for "rainy days"

Experience in commercial lawn care is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with less experience and those from other industries like general labor, construction, retail, and restaurant services. Pay scales will be adjusted accordingly for less experienced applicants.
