Part Time - 3:00PM to 11:00PM

Provides emotional and social support to residents.

Serves as the staff and family resource when the Director of Resident Care is unavailable or away from the building.

Meets on a regular basis with the Director of Resident Care to review any resident, family, & staff issues or concerns.

Caregiver accesses and uses care plans daily and immediately submits changes to appropriate personnel.

2+ years of experience using CI/CD tools for automation

• Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices

Education, Experience, And Skill Required

One to 3 years of receptionist, administrative assistant or related experience preferred.

Must have strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications and laboratory values.

Must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet.

“Set-up order” and assign the corresponding database codes for the Customer, Billing/Carrier, pending court, all Counsels listed, and facilities.

Identify orders that cannot be processed without additional information, documentation, or clarification, and flag the order accordingly.
