Position:** Full-time Remote Data Entry Specialist - Entry level

Supervise and mentor a team of remote entry-level data entry specialists.

Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Prior remote work experience is preferred.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues and discrepancies.

Skills in project management, budget management, cross-cultural awareness, communication, and creative problem solving

Strong technical skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management

Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills; collegial, energetic, and able to develop productive relationships with colleagues, donors, stakeholders, and partners

Manages significant matters such as project development, project-related budgeting and procurement, and auditing/evaluating project performance

Master’s degree in public health or related field from an accredited college or university required. Bachelor’s degree required
